Scalene Stretch

1. Rotate your head away from the side that you want to
stretch as far as you can comfortably.
2. Tilt your head backward and upward at the same time.
You should feel this stretch on the front side of your neck.

This stretch can be a little hard to perform properly and may require some practice. It
may help to hold on to something that will pull your shoulder downward as this helps
to increase the stretch.
