1. Stand up straight with your feet close together, raising
one food off the ground and in front of the other.
2. Push your raised foot toward the ground as hard as
possible, holding it far enough that it does not touch the
ground.
3. Allow the hip on the side of the raised foot to drop toward
the ground as much as possible.

RIGHT Lumbar Scoliosis

Right
