LEFT

1. Place the right leg about two feet in front of the right in a
position that it forms a 90-degree angle.
2. Let the knee of the left leg touch the ground.
3. Lean forward, feeling the stretch in your lower back and
legs. Keep the posture of the back as straight as possible.

Right Kneeling Psoas Stretch

RIGHT
