Vitamins: What type of vitamin should you be taking?

I wanted to give you some information on vitamins that we carry in the office. There is some debate in the Vitamin World about take herbs versus taking glandular versus taking vitamins in general. If you are trying to support a bodily function, I prefer vitamins that have glands in them over herb. Glands are one of the best ways to support function that is not occurring properly. The reason for this is if you are trying to support the thyroid gland, one of the best ways is to use thyroid glandular mixtures or supplements to support bodily function; the same goes for the adrenal gland, the pituitary gland, and so on.


If you are taking a supplement to support a bodily function that only had herbs in it , this leaves a lot to be desired. This is a little like whipping a horse that is on the verge of death to get it to do its job better. As an example, there are certain herbs that will stimulate the adrenal gland to do its job, but if your adrenal gland is already tired, you can only stimulate it so much before it completes gives out. It is therefore important to not only stimulate a gland with an herb, but also to support it was glandular concentrates.


The nice thing about nutria-west products, which we carry in the office, is that you do not really have to make a choice. They have done much research into herbs, vitamins, and glandulars that support different bodily functions. They all the most valid research and put the substances into a pill, a supplement. This is one of the reasons why we get such good results with Nutri-west products. So, what I would encourage you to do is take out your vitamins you have in your cabinet and read the ingredients. Look at the label, see exactly what is in them. If you have questions, email me or give me a call or bring it into the office. Do not take vitamins just because you think that they might be good for you. They might actually be doing you some harm. Many vitamins you will see, when reading a label, have fillers and coloring in them for no reason except to make it look pretty. It does not make it work any better and in many cases can be worse for you.
