LEFT
- Stand up straight with your feet close together, raising one food off the ground and in front of the other.
- Push your raised foot toward the ground as hard as possible, holding it far enough that it does not touch the ground.
- Allow the hip on the side of the raised foot to drop toward the ground as much as possible.
Right
