LEFT
- Place the ankle of the left leg on the knee of the right.
- Seated – Lean forward toward your left knee.
- Laying – Reach up with your arms and pull the left knee toward you.
RIGHT
- Place the ankle of the right leg on the knee of the left.
- Seated – Lean forward toward your right knee.
- Laying – Reach up with your arms and pull the right knee toward you.
