LEFT
1. Place the ankle of the left leg on the knee of the right.
2. Seated – Lean forward toward your left knee.
Laying – Reach up with your arms and pull the left knee
toward you.
RIGHT
1. Place the ankle of the right leg on the knee of the left.
2. Seated – Lean forward toward your right knee.
Laying – Reach up with your arms and pull the right knee
toward you.
