LEFT
1. Place the right leg about two feet in front of the
left in a position that it forms a 90-degree angle.
2. Do not bend the back outstretched leg downward.
Lean forward, feeling the stretch in your lower back and
legs. Keep the posture of the back as straight as possible.
RIGHT
