LEFT
- Place the right leg about two feet in front of the left in a position that it forms a 90-degree angle.
- Do not bend the back outstretched leg downward.
- Lean forward, feeling the stretch in your lower back and legs. Keep the posture of the back as straight as possible.
RIGHT
