LEFT

1. Place the right leg about two feet in front of the right in a
position that it forms a 90-degree angle.
2. Raise your hands above your head and lean towards the
kneeling leg. Keep the posture of the back as straight as
possible.

RIGHT

1. Place the left about two feet in front of the right in a
position that it forms a 90-degree angle.
2. Raise your hands above your head and lean towards the
kneeling leg. Keep the posture of the back as straight as
