Upper Back Lateral Flexion Stretch

  1. Stand with your back to a wall and a straight posture.
  2. Concentrate on stretching your right arm forward as far as you can. You will feel your right upper and mid back come away from the wall.
  3. Rotate your head to the left side while you maintain step one and two.
