As the owner of Apex Spine & Joint Wellness, Dr. Warren leads the clinic with a results-driven approach that blends elite-level chiropractic care, modern rehab, and the highest standard of patient experience. He treats everyone—from kids and busy parents to desk workers, weekend warriors, and everyday adults—but he is best known for his work with professional athletes, including track athletes, Olympians, and fighters competing in the UFC and professional boxing.

Patients come to him for one reason: he gets people better, fast. His ability to diagnose, correct, and optimize movement has made Apex one of the most trusted clinics in Arkansas, and the go-to destination for athletes and high performers across the region.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Warren stays active by training in boxing and staying involved in the same disciplines he coaches his athletes through. As a father of five, life stays busy—but family remains his biggest motivation.
In addition to running Apex, he is a national chiropractic consultant who coaches doctors across the U.S. on how to grow their practices, refine their systems, and deliver exceptional clinical results. Chiropractors regularly travel to Apex to train under him, learn his procedures, and see firsthand how a top-tier clinic operates.

Dr. Warren brings energy, precision, and genuine passion to everything he does—and it shows in the lives he transforms, both inside the clinic and across the chiropractic profession.

Dr. Brett Lux attended Missouri State University, where he studied Cell and Molecular Biology, before continuing his education at Logan University. There, he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

A St. Louis native, Dr. Lux is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve better health through natural, personalized chiropractic care. After practicing in Kansas City for two years, he returned home to serve the community where he was raised.

Following a serious injury in 2018 that impacted his health and ability to practice, Dr. Lux discovered Orthospinology. Inspired by the life-changing results he experienced, he dedicated himself to mastering the technique and now specializes in upper cervical chiropractic care. Today, he is committed to providing precise, evidence-informed care that helps patients heal naturally and improve their overall quality of life.

Shelby is the heartbeat of the front office—a seasoned assistant office manager with years of experience keeping clinics running at a true 10/10. With a sharp eye for detail and a gift for organization, she makes sure every patient has a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they walk through the door. Whether it’s handling insurance, processing payments, or taking care of the little things you don’t even realize you need, Shelby has it covered.

Beyond the office, she’s all about a good T-Swift moment and never turns down a solid horror movie. Shelby brings the perfect mix of professionalism, personality, and genuine care to Apex, and we’re lucky to have her.

Anthony has a genuine passion for cooking, making people laugh, and helping others feel their best. He thrives on seeing the instant relief and renewed confidence patients feel when their pain begins to ease. While he enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, the knee is his favorite area to care for—there’s something especially rewarding about helping someone stand taller, move easier, and walk away feeling lighter.

With a natural blend of warmth, humor, and compassion, Anthony creates an environment where patients feel completely comfortable and supported. Every session reflects his commitment to delivering exceptional care while making each person feel seen, heard, and valued.

Emma is a Wisconsin-born, Indonesia-raised, now proudly Arkansas-based powerhouse who’s here to take exceptional care of all your decompression and therapeutic exercise needs. When she’s not helping patients feel lighter and more mobile, you’ll find her in one of three places: at the gym, enjoying a hotdog, or dominating the field in pro-level ultimate frisbee. Her frisbee career has taken her across 11 states, giving her a unique blend of athletic insight, discipline, and competitive spirit.

Emma first came to Apex as a patient, but her energy, heart, and work ethic quickly made her stand out. She was recruited to the team soon after—and now she brings laughter, honesty, and genuine care to every session. Her mission is simple: help you move better, feel better, and get life back to feeling a whole lot lighter.

Originally from Minnesota, Abby moved to attend the University of Arkansas, where she earned her Bachelor's in Psychology. She is passionate about helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives and enjoys being a part of a team that supports patients on their wellness journey. When she's not chatting it up with patients, you'll likely see her exploring NWA with her golden retriever, getting lost in a good book, or spending time at some of her favorite Fayetteville spots. Her warm personality and genuine genuine love for helping people make her a welcoming presence for every patient that walks through the door.

Maria is a proud mom of two who loves spending quality time with her babies and making the most of every moment. She is hardworking, loyal and dedicated to the people and things that matter most to her - her children, partner, and her career. Maria has a big heart, a positive attitude, and a love for great food and better company.
