In March of 2024, Apex Spine and Joint was born from a vision that had been growing for years. Before Apex, our founder built one of the most sought-after chiropractic clinics in Rogers, Arkansas. That practice quickly earned a reputation for delivering results — but at just 1,400 square feet, there were limits to what could be offered. There was a bigger dream: to create a one-stop shop for healing, recovery, and performance.

After selling that clinic in 2023 and spending a year coaching and consulting other chiropractors on how to build thriving practices, the next chapter became clear — it was time to return to practice and build something truly special. Fayetteville, Arkansas was the obvious choice. It’s the heart and soul of Northwest Arkansas — a thriving, active community surrounded by athletes, families, and hard-working people who deserve the best care available.

We found the perfect space — a clinic with a 20-year legacy — and completely reimagined it. We remodeled, modernized, and expanded to a state-of-the-art two-story facility designed to serve everyone who walks through our doors. From UFC fighters and USA Boxing athletes to collegiate competitors, families, children, blue-collar and white-collar workers — Apex was built for everyone in this community.
